This reminded me of a concept I learned from the book *Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies*: \u201cSelecting the right person is essential to building a great company.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a result of deepening my understanding\u2014not only through this book but also through others\u2014I came to realize that in order to maintain a high standard in \u201cevery important aspect of running a company,\u201d \u201cnothing can be achieved without this foundation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The criteria for determining who is the \u201cright person\u201d should place greater emphasis on deeper qualities\u2014such as personality, enthusiasm, and values\u2014rather than on superficial factors like skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
