Personally, I\u2019ve finally been overcoming my \u201cit\u2019s faster if I do it myself\u201d mindset over the past few years and have become able to delegate all kinds of work to my subordinates, but the next thing I need to overcome is this point (from yesterday\u2019s post).<\/p>\n

There has been a little progress on this front recently.<\/p>\n

I tend to get too absorbed in my own work, so I found it difficult to naturally keep track of the details of each team member\u2019s work.<\/p>\n

Realizing that this wasn\u2019t working, I made it a personal rule to not only carefully read every sentence in the weekly reports everyone has been submitting since last year, but also to provide feedback to everyone on the content of each report without fail.<\/p>\n
