Before I learned that way of thinking, I myself struggled with this for decades and took many detours.<\/p>\n

Although this is limited to my immediate circle, based on what I\u2019ve observed there, I\u2019d like to start by exploring the theme of \u201cmotivating employees,\u201d following the content of the comment in \u3010No.352\u3011<\/a>(the top one).<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving equity in the business\u201d may be effective for employees who already have a certain level of motivation, but its effectiveness on its own may be limited.<\/p>\n

This is because, just like the \u201ceconomic incentives\u201d mentioned later, the rewards for one\u2019s hard work are monetary, so it seems to resonate only with people who work for money.<\/p>\n
