In my view, I find it most difficult to retain craftsmen who have such requests\u2014or rather, requests that could almost be called \u201cdreams.\u201d<\/p>\n

Unlike in the past, I now leave most new product development to my team members, but I still make the final decision on whether to bring a product to market\u2014including whether the finished product truly embodies the \u201cKonosuke\u201d spirit.<\/p>\n

However, as I mentioned before, there\u2019s a good chance that the members have excellent taste that\u2019s completely different from mine.<\/p>\n
