If you don\u2019t invest in your employees at all and don\u2019t make a genuine effort to develop them, I think the likelihood of them leaving will naturally increase.<\/p>\n

However, no matter how much the company invests or how hard it tries to develop its employees\u2014or at least thinks it is\u2014it\u2019s completely meaningless if the employees don\u2019t perceive it as beneficial.The fact that they still choose to leave suggests that this is indeed the case.<\/p>\n
