Specifically, it says, ‘Please discover and propose current problems regarding all things within the company, including the usual work methods and company structure.<\/p>\n
Depending on the timing of submissions and the contents of the reports, I am increasingly able to \u201csee through\u201d the motivation of each person and the contents of their minds, which we could only vaguely imagine in the past, to put it bluntly.<\/p>\n
Naturally, if the content is thin or the proposal is so vague that we do not know exactly what to do, we will not be able to accelerate our own growth very much.<\/p>\n
