Since we have received comments from an unexpectedly large number of people, I would like to tell you a little more about the new product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this knife as well, we worked with the mindset of \u201cWe want to create a product that only we can make,\u201d and we put a lot of effort into the surface finish in particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, as was the case with our own products in the past (before we sharpened them ourselves), our basic premise is that they must have basic performance other than appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We started sharpening only a few years ago, so of course our skills and experience are still lacking compared to other craftspeople.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
