Another good thing about having the members write down their dreams for the future was that I got a very clear picture of what was going on in each member’s head.<\/p>\n

Or, some staff members stayed with content that was not so new and could be easily imagined based on their previous behavior.<\/p>\n

In short, ‘by asking them to fill in their thoughts again, I was able to grasp their level of motivation for growth.<\/p>\n
