company motto of my grandfather, \u201cWe pledge to contribute to the improvement and development of society and cultural life by continuing to research Sakai knives that cut well and selling superior products\u201d (<a href=\"https:\/\/konosuke-sakai.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/02\/no-146growth-goals-for-the-company-myself-and-staff-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u3010No.146\u3011<\/a>), <br \/>which was reiterated this time, is expressed as \u201ccontributing to our customers,\u201d but it also results in our own joy and makes us feel fulfilled and motivated, It is also a source of job satisfaction and joie de vivre.<\/p>\n<p>I believe that no one can work hard unless it is for their own growth and pleasure, so instead of imposing company goals, I decided to first ask all staff members to write down their &#8220;dreams and goals that they want to achieve in their future lives.<\/p>\n<p>(It will be a little while before everyone submits theirs, so I&#8217;ll post the rest of
