As I posted in \u3010No.105\u3011<\/a>–\u3010No.110\u3011<\/a>,\u3010No.116\u3011<\/a>–\u3010No.119\u3011<\/a>, I strongly feel the need for the company to set high goals, and I am continuing my studies to achieve them.<\/p>\n

The initial motivation that led me to change my thinking was a sense of crisis: \u201cIf I don’t have a big goal, I will end my life without any change or growth.<\/p>\n

However, as I read more books by other famous corporate executives, I realized that it is essential not only to set high numerical targets, but also to have an aspiration of \u201cwhat we are working for\u201d as well.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the aspirations should not be small in scale, but rather large in scale, accomplishing things that will benefit the world and others.<\/p>\n
