To ship these knives smoothly, and to realize the \u201cgreat potential\u201d that I fell in love with when the design of this leather sheath was first completed, and that I felt at the time, \u201cefficiently producing this leather sheath\u201d is a major issue at the moment.<\/p>\n

We are also aiming to sell this leather saya as a stand-alone product in the future, and will position it and our \u201cknives sharpened in-house with attention to the forging process\u201d as our main products.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we decided to consider arranging for a cutting machine because the current method of cutting out leather sheath components one by one from leather with a cutter has its limitations.<\/p>\n
