The biggest change over the past 20 years has been the ever-increasing demand for Japanese kitchen knives around the world, and at the same time, it has become increasingly difficult to arrange for kitchen knives from craftspeople.<\/p>\n

While we were unable to find the impetus to take the plunge into in-house production, I had been agonizing over the years.<\/p>\n
Originally, I didn’t have much of a desire to \u201cget rich\u201d or \u201cstand out,\u201d so I wasn’t that interested in increasing sales, and as a result, I was in a situation where I was \u201csomehow continuing to make daily efforts, but not being able to break through at all.<\/p>\n
I once tried to gather information on how to meet new people for work, such as at cross-industrial meetings, thinking that ‘meeting people is the most important way to change my mindset.<\/p>\n
In addition, as I continued to read on a regular basis, I finally came across a book that inspired me.
