From December 15 to 25, I visited several business partners in Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to share some of the major realizations that I had there that will serve as hints for future product creation.<\/span><\/p>\n

First, I visited Vancouver to visit Ai&Om for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is also a place that holds fond memories for me, where I studied English for about six months when I was young.<\/span><\/p>\n

23 years have passed since then, and there are still some places that retain the nostalgic scenery of those days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compared to another Japanese knife dealer nearby, Ai&Om’s store seemed to have more professional cooks and customers who are particular about their knives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perhaps because of this, they do not feel that they are competing with each other for customers.<\/span><\/p>\n
