When Konosuke was first launched, we mainly communicated in Japanese, so the number of Japanese customers who chose single-edged knives gradually increased.<\/span><\/p>\n
However, the business of single-beveled knives became more and more difficult due to the retirement of single-beveled knife sharpeners (Mr. Morihiro and others), and we were forced to shift to double-beveled knives, resulting in a situation where “most of our users are foreigners.<\/span><\/p>\n
The customer who came this time is a valuable Japanese customer who still uses both our single and double beveled knives, and is a Michelin-starred professional chef.<\/span><\/p>\n
We had exchanged emails many times over the past almost 10 years, but this was the first time we had ever met or even spoken to each other.<\/span><\/p>\n
