The problem with the new “LI”, whose finish was not stable, gradually became clear as we made hypotheses and repeated various experiments.<\/p>\n

No matter how high the quality of the finished product, the additional time required to complete the work will lead to higher production costs, which in turn will increase the selling price.<\/p>\n

As a result of continuously sharpening knives, we have been able to reconfirm that the most important factor to improve efficiency is \u201chow to get the thickness and shape of the rough grindstone used in the first process as close to the finished product as possible.<\/p>\n

Looking back, the craftsman we visited before we started our own sharpening business told us the same thing, and we were able to reconfirm it for ourselves.<\/p>\n
