Feedback directly from customers (2)<\/h2>\n

Until now, we have rarely had the opportunity to speak directly with individual customers, not only the knife makers on site, but also companies like ours that export directly to dealers.<\/p>\n

We now have an increasing number of visitors from overseas, and our staff has more opportunities to talk with them.<\/p>\n

Recently, our own staff has been doing more and more of the manufacturing, such as leather sheaths and sharpening, so it is truly gratifying to have \u201cthe creator receive feedback directly from the end user.<\/p>\n

In terms of exposure to English, until now I have only had the opportunity to speak with foreigners as I am the contact person in charge of our business partners.<\/p>\n

Now that the staff members are struggling with broken English, they manage to speak it as well, so I am very grateful for the opportunity to practice their English conversation skills.<\/p>\n

If accompanied by practical experience and English language skills, it is no longer a dream for our staff to \u201cgo on overseas business trips themselves.<\/p>\n

Little by little, we will all work together and steadily grow together.<\/p>\n
