“Kiri-mei” by young staff (2)<\/h2>\n

Until then, this femail staff has mainly been engaged in tasks such as \u201cquality inspection of knives before boxing\u201d and \u201cplanning of shipping,\u201d but a few years ago, I suggested that she takes on the challenge of \u201cKiri-mei” (engraving).<\/p>\n

\u305d\u308c\u307e\u3067\u306f\u300e\u7bb1\u8a70\u3081\u524d\u306e\u5305\u4e01\u306e\u54c1\u8cea\u691c\u67fb\u300f\u3084\u300e\u51fa\u8377\u8a08\u753b\u306e\u7acb\u6848\u300f\u7b49\u306e\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u30e1\u30a4\u30f3\u306b\u3084\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u5973\u6027\u30b9\u30bf\u30c3\u30d5\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u6570\u5e74\u524d\u304b\u3089\u300e\u5207\u9298\u306b\u30c1\u30e3\u30ec\u30f3\u30b8\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u300f\u3092\u50d5\u306e\u65b9\u304b\u3089\u63d0\u6848\u3057\u3066\u307f\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

As the practice progressed, it gradually took shape, so I suggested that the next step was to do Kiri-mei to a cheaper priced knife.<\/p>\n

When she was still anxious, my father suggested, ‘Try one letter at a time first, and if you feel like you are going to fail, I will take turns with the rest of the letters.<\/p>\n

I too was allowed to practice with this method at the time and found it to be a very safe method.<\/p>\n

She seemed to be able to continue her practice with ease by that method, and her recent words and actions have gradually increased her confidence.
\nTherefore, I finally proposed the Kiri-mei of \u201cKonosuke\u201d.<\/p>\n
