In the traditional \u201cSakai knife making by division of labor system\u201d, one of the jobs of a company called \u201cwholesaler\u201d, to which we belong and which is responsible for the final process after the handle insertion, is the process of kiri-mei (engraving letters with chisel).<\/p>\n
Comparing \u201cwriting characters\u201d and \u201ckiri-mei\u201d, the tools and actions used are completely different, but both share the same sense of how each stroke should be placed.<\/p>\n
