In-house sharpened knives Vol.2 (1)<\/h2>\n

Although we just recently released the KS-01, we are already working on samples for the next series that can be manufactured in a more timely manner.<\/p>\n

The overall shape and \u201chow to remove metal\u201d (how to reduce the overall thickness) are based on KS-01, and the subsequent process has been changed to \u201ca method that enables production without delay\u201d and trial and error to achieve a beautiful appearance and finish.<\/p>\n

Using a variety of colorful liquids, the first step was to finish the “sou-kasumi”.<\/p>\n

I think it is beautifully finished, but it still lacks impact, so I informed the staff in charge of sharpening who are developing this product of my policy that ‘if it is to be sold with this finish as it is, it should be released as a \u201cKaneshige\u201d knife, one rank lower’.<\/p>\n

We will continue to try to make it better with a few modifications, and if so, the possibility of launching it as \u201cKonosuke\u201d will increase.<\/p>\n
