Another blacksmith seems to have set a new goal of his own, different from the one described in yesterday’s article, and I was able to hear about it this time.<\/p>\n

This workshop has been a blacksmith shop for generations, and the knives made by the father were very distinctive, but the son, this blacksmith, has not made those knives until now, and has been making knives with his own concept and specifications for a long time.<\/p>\n

However, when I asked him this time, he told me, \u201cFrom now on, we plan to make products with the same specifications as those created by his father.<\/p>\n

I am not sure if his father is planning to retire, but I think it has something to do with the fact that they were able to hire younger craftsmen.<\/p>\n

As for the form of business, he said, \u201cIt is difficult to communicate with many knife dealers on a daily basis, especially with overseas customers, so we will continue to sell through companies like ours.<\/p>\n

As long as we add to our strengths and develop knives, there still seems to be a little more room for us to \u201csurvive as a middleman.<\/p>\n
