Patent application for Pin-less saya (2)<\/h2>\n

With the help of Sakai City advisors and a patent attorney, I decided to apply for a patent.
\nHowever, after preparing and submitting the documents, we received a rejection notice, saying that the contents were incomplete.<\/p>\n

This was the first time I had ever applied for a patent, so when I received this notice, I was terribly depressed, thinking that my path to obtaining a patent was closed.
\nHowever, when I consulted with experts, they said, ‘Such steps can happen normally.<\/p>\n

I was able to obtain a patent by resubmitting the appropriate documents, and I also received a comment that \u201cit is inconceivable that a patent cannot be obtained for this saya structure.<\/p>\n

Since then, I have completed two re-submissions and a phone interview with the patent examiner, and we are now at the stage where we are just waiting for the results.<\/p>\n
