KS-01 Development background (6)<\/h2>\n

Since the KS-01 was the first knife that we sharpened in-house, we wanted to focus not only on the shape and three-dimensional structure, but also on the appearance of the knife, so we went through a process of trial and error.
\nBy the way, there are two main approaches to creating new knives<\/p>\n

If we wanted to make a unique knife, I would choose (1) and try various ideas.<\/p>\n

However, unlike before, the blacksmiths are now extremely busy, and it is unfortunately quite difficult to get them to try out unusual methods of production.<\/p>\n

Therefore, in the current situation where the forging process is not in-house, we have no choice but to choose (2).<\/p>\n
