Building a team that covers your weak areas (1)<\/h2>\n

When I look back on the work I have done and analyze it objectively, I think I find it very rewarding to take on challenges that no one has ever done before.
\nHowever, the flip side of this is that there are many times when I feel pain in a job where I have to \u201ckeep doing what we have always done in a certain way.<\/p>\n

In recruiting over the past few years, I have been conscious of ‘choosing people who feel similarly to me’ so that we can all work together toward the same goal.<\/p>\n

As a result, the number of staff members who can envision the future with the same future in mind has increased, and I am now able to commercialize things that I could not have achieved on my own, by taking advantage of the staff’s areas of expertise.<\/p>\n

But at the same time, I also felt that it could lead to a situation where ‘there are not enough people to cover my difficulties.<\/p>\n

With this in mind, when we hired sharpeners six months ago, we were able to bring in ‘people who don’t find it painful to keep doing the same thing.<\/p>\n
