I believe that whether or not we put our heart and soul into our work will be visible in every aspect of our work.
\nI think it is the same when we receive knives from craftspeople and when we ship it as a finished product.
\nPersonally, I believe that the recipient is far more likely to feel it than the sender.<\/p>\n

When we purchase a service or a thing, we are sensitive to even the slightest defect or a little discomfort.<\/p>\n

However, when we are the one who provides them, we tend to let them slide, saying, \u201cThis is fine,\u201d even if the problem is at the same level as at that time.
\nI believe that even such small defects can become a source of major dissatisfaction if they accumulate, and eventually turn customers off.<\/p>\n

Most of our knives are exported to overseas dealers.
\nOnce removed from the cardboard, no matter how it was shipped, it may look the same, but for those who see the packaging, it seems to wear an invisible aura of ‘what kind of condition the knife arrived in.<\/p>\n

The importance of careful packaging is also taught to new staff members.<\/p>\n
