In addition, the decrease in the amount of work I have to do has given me more room in my mind, and I am able to smile naturally in conversations with my staff.<\/p>\n

Also around that time, the number of new staff members who understood my approach to work and joined the company began to increase.<\/p>\n

I realized that they had skills that I did not have, so I asked them what they wanted to do and what ideas they had for new products, and by entrusting them with the commercialization of those ideas, we began to see an increase in the number of products that I could not have created on my own.
