Balance between personnel and management (1)<\/h2>\n

When I launched Konosuke in 2006, I wanted to create everything related to branding by myself, so while I left some of the manufacturing to my employees, I did everything else myself, including product planning, purchasing, and sales. For the first few years, we only handled orders from a very limited number of people, and there were no problems with this structure.<\/p>\n

And it was the same situation not only within the company, but even when private clients came to visit us from abroad.
