As a matter of fact, I myself practiced sharpening that way for quite some time, learning from professionals, but it was really difficult to get a uniform hand angle, and I failed every time I practiced.

\nI was not able to sharpen the edge by hand at all, but for the first time in my life, I was able to produce a reasonable sharpness, and this is a process that left a particularly strong impression on me.<\/p>\n
