Knives we want to make in the future<\/h2>\n

Today, we discussed with our staff about the knives we would like to make in-house in the future.
\nRecently, I have been looking back on the knives we have released and wishing we could make again knives like the \u201cHM\u201d knives we sold around 2015.<\/p>\n

If we were to raise the characteristics of HM, we could list the following three.

\n\u2461Forged streamlines floating in the area of steel
\n\u2462Irregular pattern that accentuates \u2461<\/p>\n

To achieve \u2460, we believe it is necessary to adjust the ratio of steel to base metal in the forging process.
\nRegarding \u2461, I still think we need to be creative in the forging process.
\nRegarding \u2462, it is still necessary to devise a way in the quenching process, which is included in the forging process (under Sakai’s division of labor system).<\/p>\n

Currently, we are just beginning to try the sharpening process, but we are discussing that we will have to work on the forging process as well in order to make our ideal knives.<\/p>\n
