When we were about to start our own sharpening process, we were grateful for the advice we received from the craftspeople with whom we do business, and based on that information, we have been researching sharpening in our own way, using the equipment and tools we have prepared.<\/p>\n

Once the work begins, of course, there will be sharpening debris every day, a mixture of metal dust from sharpening knives and sharpened whetstones.
\nWe clean them almost every day, but this time I smelled a different and stronger odor from the garbage bags that collected them.<\/p>\n
When I checked the contents of the bag, it had risen to such a temperature that it felt too hot to touch, and steam was coming out.
\nPerhaps, like the portable warmer, the heat was generated when the iron powder was exposed to air.<\/p>\n
We don’t know the exact cause of this because it has never happened to us before when we have been collecting debris in the same way, but whenever we work on something new, we are always faced with a problem that we didn’t know existed before.<\/p>\n
For experienced craftspeople, this may be a simple problem, but we will solve these problems one by one as we gradually move forward to realize what we want to do.<\/p>\n
