Delegating work<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I think there are many people who can’t delegate work to others and want to do everything themselves.
\nI was also in this situation until recently.<\/p>\n

However, recently, due to changes in myself and my environment, I have been able to gradually delegate my work to others and I have started to see the benefits of doing so more and more.<\/p>\n

Once you’re in your mid-40s, your ability to concentrate on one thing becomes weaker than when you were younger.
\nAlso even though I wanted to advance our business into new areas, I increasingly felt that my abilities were reaching their limits, so I gradually began to be able to delegate more work to others.<\/p>\n

Of course, the most important thing is who should be entrusted with what projects, but if this goes well, there are many benefits.<\/p>\n

Even though you are good at a job, if you have a subordinate who is better at it than you, you will get better results if you leave it to that person.
\nAlso, if you entrust multiple people with each project, they will proceed at the same time, which will be much faster than if you were to handle everything by yourself.<\/p>\n

What I personally found most effective was “increasing motivation through approval”.<\/p>\n

When you’re doing all work by yourself, your only source of approval and feedback is basically your customers.
\nIn that case, you won’t get them unless your product are sold at the market, and if it’s not a big hit, you might not get much feedback at all.<\/p>\n

If this state lasts for a long time, you will eventually find yourself in a lonely state where you feel like you don’t know why you are working. I was actually in such a situation before.<\/p>\n

When you entrust work to your subordinates, you can approve them at any time when checking their progress, so you can create something rewarding for them in a familiar way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
