Strength after overcoming difficulties<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As I mentioned in my previous post, I experienced a major conflict within the company until several years ago. As a result, the company’s overall headcount and sales were halved.<\/p>\n

At that time, many people defended the opposing policies, which were doing very well in terms of sales. Therefore, even if I’m doing my best in line with my policies, if it doesn’t directly lead to immediate sales, there will always be opposition. This situation continued to be quite difficult.<\/p>\n

Just the month after the company downsized, the COVID-19 spread all over the world, but fortunately there were almost no negative effects. Perhaps because many people were cooking at home, sales in the export division, which became the mainstay after downsizing, have actually increased.<\/p>\n

This has changed the way people see me, and I’ve been able to spend more time doing what I wanted to do without any opposition.<\/p>\n

I heard that those who overcome hardships in life are strong.<\/p>\n

I realized something after experiencing this situation myself. I think it’s true that I am mentally stronger than before, but the bigger change is I’ve been able to have the confidence that “I overcame the difficulties with my own hands” and “I wasn’t doing anything wrong”.<\/p>\n

From then on, even though other people’s opinions were contrary to my own, I no longer felt that my ideas were being rejected, as I had before. I have learned to respect both my own and the other people’s opinions by viewing them as “simply different ways of thinking”.<\/p>\n
