A kind-hearted person who is full of confidence<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sometimes in my life I meet kind people who accept everything about me, including my thoughts and actions. I think such people are full of confidence and I just aspire to be like that myself.<\/p>\n

I used to think that they were people who always had that kind of personality, but lately I feel like that’s not the only reason.<\/p>\n

I believe that in order to be kind to others, you have to reduce your own stress and increase your self-esteem. On the other hand, even if you have a great personality, I think it is difficult to be kind to others in an environment where you are constantly exposed to great stress.<\/p>\n

If that is true, it’s so important how we can let go of the existing environment that exposed us to stress. A new environment may lead to a loss of short-term profits, so I think we need to be prepared accordingly.<\/p>\n

I experienced a big confrontation in the company until several years ago.\u00a0It wasn’t a matter of which is right or wrong, it was a matter of policy.<\/p>\n

I was a little worried when I got a declaration from them, who made certain amount of sales, that they would be moving to another company.\u00a0However, I remember that the expectation that I would be able to challenge myself more than I am now was much higher.<\/p>\n

I don’t think my personality has suddenly changed, but because of my increased self-esteem, I am now a little more open to people around me than I was before.<\/p>\n

This led to an increase in the self-esteem of the people they come in contact with, which improved the employee’s performance at work. I think my relationship with my family has improved, too.<\/p>\n
